Data collection efforts to support Compassion International’s Project Cycle Adoption (PCA) initiative across 27 counties in Kenya. The PCA initiative aims to empower partner churches to design and implement contextually relevant child development interventions through a participatory approach.

To efficiently, ethically, and culturally sensitively collect data that would provide Compassion International with the necessary insights to tailor their child development programs to the specific needs of the communities they serve.
Scope of Work:
- Developed and implemented data collection protocols and tools.
- Recruited and trained data collection teams across 27 counties.
- Managed and oversaw data collection activities, ensuring quality and adherence to ethical standards.
- Cleaned and prepared the collected data for analysis.
