Project Goals & Objectives: To deliver a robust, fair, and legally compliant job evaluation system tailored to each client’s unique operational and strategic context, while also strengthening their overall organizational capacity and embedding results-based management principles.
Scope of Work:
- Phase 1-10: Incorporated a mixed-methods approach combining qualitative and quantitative techniques.
- Included benchmarking against industry best practices.

Outcomes & Impact: Developed and implemented a new job grading and salary structure for each of the three organizations, leading to improved internal equity and employee satisfaction. We provided tailored capacity building workshops on results-based management, enhancing the organizations’ ability to track and measure their impact more effectively.
